Quality Statement
It is committed to be a leading supplier of Medcal Devices, offer a one-stop solution for diversified demand. Healthaw quality system have strictly comply with ISO 13485: 2003, ISO 9001: 2008 and all it's product were CE marked, parts of them approval by FDA (510K).

Service Warranty
Healthaw warrantes that our products will be free from defects on material, workmanship and packing, effective the date of proforma invoice.
If any product to be proved by defective in either material or workmanship or packing, it will replaced without charge during the limited warranty period in terms of returning inferior goods back to Healthaw

Sales Term
• Shipments can be FOB any China port, mainly from Shanghai or Ningbo which is nearby our location. Or can be CIF, CFR or CNF any port in the world as long as shipping lines reach there.
• Order can come by LCL cargo basis or FCL basis, our suggestion is try to buy at least one 20ft container for mixed items, this way cargo will more safe and easy to handle.
• Minimum order quantity for one item is 15 cartons or equal to USD800 value

Payments Term

• 30% T/T advance, balance before delivery.
• 40% T/T advance, balance against copy of B/L
• Irrevocable L/C at sight.
• In case some clients wants L/C at 30days / 60days, we will try to accept but will charge extra 1% / 2% or more of the amount as bank interests

Sample Policy
• Sample will free of charge while value below USD30, freight afford by clients (freight collect by client's courier account is most effective methods)
• Chargeable while sample value above USD30

• Sample is totally free for regular customers
